How do I return or exchange product(s) purchased on the Designer Wellness Online Store?Updated a year ago
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item purchased from Designer Wellness for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Designer Protein is not responsible for return postage.
You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment, according to the following guidelines:
1. Please reach out to our Customer Service at 1-800-337-4463 or [email protected] prior to returning your product(s) and provide the following information: order number, product description, reason for return, quantity, lot number (listed on the side/bottom of the product), enjoy by date (listed on the side/bottom of the product), and date purchased.
2. All returns must be accompanied by an order number, the original packing slip/a copy of your order confirmation email. Products shipped to Designer Wellness without this information will be refused, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.
3. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment after returns have been received & inspected by Designer Wellness.
